At the end of January, Webelos Scouts may earn their Webelos badge based on achievements in this plan. They must have three (3) months of active tenure in the den, have earned a religious emblem (or completed two (2) alternative requirements), and have complete the six (6) other requirements in the Webelos Handbook. | ||
